Morpho Terms of Use
These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement govern your use of Morpho and form a legal agreement between you and Jyuuroku, the developer and operator of Morpho.

License and acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using Morpho, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Subject to your compliance with them, Jyuuroku grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Morpho on devices you own or control, only as permitted by the usage rules of the App Store or other platform where you obtained the app. Morpho is licensed, not sold.
Eligibility and your responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in method and for activity that happens through your account. You agree not to use Morpho in violation of law, to attempt unauthorized access, to interfere with service operation, to reverse engineer the app except where law cannot prohibit it, to misuse AI, OCR, or speech features, or to submit text, images, or other material you do not have the right to use. You also represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a resident of any country, region, organization, or person restricted by applicable export or sanctions laws.
Your inputs and app materials
Your own sentences, prompts, favorites, and local study history remain yours. You grant us a limited permission to process input content only as needed to provide Morpho features such as grammar analysis, follow-up chat, OCR, speech, account access, AI usage limits, subscription entitlement, support, and deletion or legal requests. We do not host your study records as a user-content cloud archive. The Morpho app, software, brand, and related materials are owned by Jyuuroku or its licensors. If a third party claims Morpho infringes intellectual property rights, Jyuuroku, not Apple, will be responsible for addressing that claim to the extent required by law.
Privacy and service providers
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Morpho does not provide map features and is not operated as an advertising, behavioral analytics, or user-content hosting service. To deliver app features, account access, AI usage limits, subscriptions, AI analysis, OCR, speech, reliability, and support, necessary data may be processed by the relevant service providers described in the Privacy Policy. Your use of those integrated services remains subject to any applicable provider rules.
Purchases, subscriptions, and store terms
If Morpho offers paid features, purchases are processed by Apple or the store provider through which you subscribed. Their pricing, billing cycles, taxes, cancellation flows, and refund rules apply. We do not receive your full payment card details. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until canceled through your platform account settings unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Support, maintenance, and updates
Jyuuroku, not Apple, is responsible for providing maintenance and support for Morpho. We may release fixes, security patches, updates, or new versions, and some updates may be required for Morpho or certain features to continue working. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, legal, operational, or product reasons.
Warranty disclaimer and product claims
Except to the extent a warranty cannot be excluded under applicable law, Morpho is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Jyuuroku, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims by you or a third party relating to Morpho or your possession and use of Morpho, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar laws.
Termination, liability, and Apple beneficiary rights
These Terms remain in effect until ended by you or Jyuuroku. Your license ends automatically if you breach these Terms, and you must stop using Morpho and delete applicable copies. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jyuuroku will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You may not export or re-export Morpho except as permitted by applicable law.
