Bunclip Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Bunclip and form an agreement between you and Jyuuroku, its developer.

The essentials
Bunclip is licensed for personal use. Your sentences remain yours, online parsing and AI translations are study aids rather than authoritative references, and Apple handles App Store billing.
License
If you follow these terms, Jyuuroku grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Bunclip on devices you own or control under applicable App Store rules. Bunclip is licensed, not sold.
Your content
You retain rights to the sentences and other material you add. You give us only the limited permission needed to process submitted sentences and provide the features you request, including online parsing and AI translation. You are responsible for having the right to use that material.
Sentence parsing, AI translation, and availability
Parsing results, readings, definitions, grammar information, and AI translations may contain errors and are provided for study and reference only. Network features may occasionally be unavailable, changed, or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.
Purchases and iCloud
Apple's terms govern App Store purchases, refunds, billing, and iCloud. Paid features may require a valid purchase or subscription, and iCloud sync requires an available Apple account and compatible device settings.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Bunclip or its parsing and AI translation services, interfere with operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the app except where law permits, or use the service in violation of law or third-party rights. You must comply with applicable third-party terms and export or sanctions laws.
Updates, warranty, and liability
Bunclip is provided as is and as available to the extent permitted by law. We may provide updates or modify features. Jyuuroku, not Apple, is responsible for support and for addressing product, legal, or intellectual-property claims relating to Bunclip. Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
